I visited someone I know at Venango House, so I'm kind of familiar with the facility. It's a five-story building. She lives in a two-bedroom with a living room and a kitchen. They have one- and two-bedroom apartments. The living room is basically a living-dining area depending on how you set it up. My friend has been there for over 20 years. They have bingo games. They also have church service on Sundays in the multipurpose area. They have various activities like birthday parties and anniversaries. They have a courtyard with gated parking. They don't provide meals, but I think the residents may receive Meals on Wheels or a monthly food share. I also know they have a yearly rent rebate program.
