My mother-in-law moved in at Northwest Reflections Memory Care. They have been amazing, and we are very happy. The staff is wonderful. Her room is nice and clean. The living atmosphere is very homey, inviting, and very comfortable. It's a small facility with only five rooms. It has a beautiful fenced-in yard that the residents can go out to and do exercises. The dining area is OK, nice, clean, and comfortable. They have outings. Her PT goes there. Her home health goes there, and they're very open to having all their needs met. They also welcome visitors, which is very nice. They do the nails for the residents. They have puzzles. They have entertainment come in. They watch football together. They coordinate quite a bit of activities for all of them to get involved.
