"Spruce Point Assisted Living and Memory Care Community was a relatively brand new facility. It was exceptionally nice. Unfortunately, the cost was exceptionally nice, too. Everything looked like it was very expensive. The gentleman that showed us around invited us to stay for lunch, and the food was outstanding. He explained that they have all kinds of special diets, that people are allergic to different foods or are diabetic, and that they custom the meals to the individual’s medical needs. "

"My mother-in-law moved in at Northwest Reflections Memory Care. They have been amazing, and we are very happy. The staff is wonderful. Her room is nice and clean. The living atmosphere is very homey, inviting, and very comfortable. It's a small facility with only five rooms. It has a beautiful fenced-in yard that the residents can go out to and do exercises. The dining area is OK, nice, clean, and comfortable. They have outings. Her PT goes there. Her home health goes there, and they're very open to having all their needs met. They also welcome visitors, which is very nice. They do the nails for the residents. They have puzzles. They have entertainment come in. They watch football together. They coordinate quite a bit of activities for all of them to get involved."

They were very open, directed us, asked us questions, showed us the community and what they do and how it works and answered any questions that we had. It was great. It was clean. There was always something going on. Their gardens are beautiful. They really care about their residents and that they have a good experience and that things are pretty and all that."
