My mother is at Auburn Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation. She has been there for two months now. It's a smaller facility. They have good nurses there, and the physical therapy is working fine for her because she has gained some strength back and she can do different things. I'm not there with my mother all the time, but regarding activities, I know she has her therapy every morning and they do bingo a couple of times a week. I have been there with her on a few meals, and their food looks like a balanced meal. They have a therapy room and a salon, other than that, I have not asked what's available there.

My mom was at Auburn Skilled Nursing And Rehab. I was not happy with them at all. I didn't think it was very clean. I didn't think she got very good medical attention. I showed up there and she was super sick. I insisted that they take her to the hospital, and she had COVID. I did not like it at all. She was there probably in September. The staff seemed okay. But when I got there, I was not happy with the care at all. My mom complained about the food constantly. I just don't think it's a very good facility. My mom went from there into the hospital with COVID, and it was a COVID facility, one of the places you could go after COVID, and I asked that she not go back there. She was there for like a week or two. From there, she went into the hospital. Then she was back again for another week, and then I came up and insisted that she go back to the hospital. So she was there for maybe like a month total. When my mom was first there, she was on lockdown, so there were no visitors allowed. When they opened, I went in there and she was super sick.
