Resident rooms are VERY small. The main living areas need updated the furniture looks like its from 1970. There's pretty much NOTHING for the residents to do since they dont even have cable TV. They do not have outings or game days. All they do is sit around which is NOT good for their mental state. The staff isn't overly friendly and just show up to do their job no more. The place has ZERO amenities! I would love for my brother to move somewhere better.

My brother is in Northampton Meadows. We're very happy with the nursing staff and Gloria is wonderful, but it leaves a lot to be desired there. They have basic television, but they need to upgrade to cable and have a little bit more furniture instead of just chairs for seating. They also have nothing to do. They just sit or walk around all day long, and they don't have any activities for them at all. I was just hoping that they would have games, bingo, or anything, instead of them just sitting around 24 hours a day. The dining room area is big, which is fine. Gloria is a five, but the rest of the staff members are there to protect and watch over the people, but that's it.
