Harbor Healthcare of Ironton

My mother has been a patient of Harbor Healthcare of Ironton since March 2021. Over the course of her time there, my mother has received the upmost care from all of the employees. Every employee that interacts with my mother always strives to make her feel comfortable and cared for. It isn't just medical staff that shows my mother good care and hospitality. It is everyone from the administration team, housekeeping, and the food service employees. Over the course of my mother's time at Harbor Healthcaare, I have always had a great relationship with the employees. They have always been attentive to my concerns as well as my mother's needs. I always feel that I can go to someone with my questions and concerns and I am confident that they will do everything in their power to help my mother or myself. My experience, as well as my mother's experience with Harbor Healthcare has been stellar since day one. We have great respect and a great relationship with all the employees at the facility. I am greatful for each and every employee and their dedication to the well-being of their patients in Ironton. Harbor HealthCare of Ironton was pretty good. They did well with dad. They had nurses on staff around the clock and every time something came up, they would give me a call and let me know what was going on. They had church services and physical therapy there and everything. Dad had a recliner in his room, a bed, a sink, a bathroom, a little nightstand on the side of his bed, a little refrigerator, a TV, and a closet for his clothes.

I am an adult child but also a Registered Nurse, my mother was a patient/resident at Jo-lin's from Nov 08 until her death in Mar 09 The care she received was excellent and the staff where very caring in providing care for her and supporting the family as her illness progressed until her death.
