"My dad was at margate for his last days. The rooms was clean and they made sure he was comfortable. They also took very care of me and my sister as we stayed with my dad. The they gave was excellent and the workers was so compassionate and caring."

"I placed my cousin at Glenbridge Health and Rehab. They've been excellent. I like mainly the office staff and the business manager. They have been wonderful working with us, waiting for her to get Medicaid, keeping us informed and calling. They've just been really, really good. Normally, they take them out, and they have people come in and sing, but it's limited now. The staff has been super nice to us. My cousin seems to like the food. She compares it with her mother who is in another place, and hers is better than her mom's. I haven't been in there. I had to look through the window and talk on the cellphone so often. Her room looked fine, and they found her a reclining chair and a nice bed. Everything seems good for her."

"My father is at The Foley Center At Chestnut Ridge. It's a really nice place, and their food is fantastic. Dad has mentioned the food is really good, too, and my neighbor that was there said the food was really good. The staff there is awesome. They worked with me really good in getting his power-of-attorney signed and notarized because I can't see him in person. They've been awesome working with me on that, as well as letting me know what's going on, like he had to be isolated for COVID and everything. They would tell me no matter what time of day and let me know if there are any changes, and dad said they were all really great with him, really nice, very patient, and accommodating with him. The outside kinda worked into the scenery good. The rooms are nice sized, but the furniture they had are institutional looking."

"Our experience with Grayson Rehab has been good so far. They have nice and friendly staff and nurses. It looks very clean, and there's easy access in and out. They provide three meals a day, and there are planned activities for the residents to do. My father's room is near the big old gathering room where they can sit, talk, play cards, and so on."

"My father was at Wilkes Senior Village for the allotted number of days that Medicaid would allow him. The place itself was adequate. However, the wheelchair that he used was not what he needed. The care was not up to par. His catheter was put in, but it was not changed which created an infection. He was not showered or bathed as required. We had to bring that out to their attention. He had severe nosebleed. It was supposed to be cauterized and it was a week or two after that it was ever cauterized. It was not a good experience. Most of the CNAs were really nice and did the best that they could. Their physical therapists were awesome. They're also very energetic and personable. They care about what they do. The CNAs had very good bedside manner as far as talking to my dad and making him feel comfortable. The grounds were maintained very nicely and the place was clean and decorated nicely, too. The hallways were very pleasant with different things to look at. They actually had murals painted on their walls."
