"My sister works at Highland and when I go in there, there is a bad odor when I walk in; that is the first impression I get. I wouldn't recommend it to others because it has wells in it and they are like down in the wells. It is almost a dungeon type deal where it is more open in the floor level. The staff members were social, but I did not find them friendly; it was almost like they just had to be there. "

"My mom has been at St. Regis for probably two months now. It is a very good facility. If you are planning on having someone you know or a loved one go to a nursing home, I would suggest this would be the best place to go, by far. My impression, compared to other nursing homes I found, is the friendly atmosphere of the people who work there and there is no bad odor, which I found in other nursing homes. The people are very friendly, and the associates are very nice. I would recommend it because they have great caregivers, and it is a clean facility. "
