My sister works at Highland and when I go in there, there is a bad odor when I walk in; that is the first impression I get. I wouldn't recommend it to others because it has wells in it and they are like down in the wells. It is almost a dungeon type deal where it is more open in the floor level. The staff members were social, but I did not find them friendly; it was almost like they just had to be there.
