"My husband is now living at Baptist Village - J. Olan Jones Healthcare Center. The staff is very helpful. My husband is in good care. His anger is showing through, so they have to watch him a little closer, but he's doing okay. And it's been working out okay. He is not happy with the food, but they feed him good meals. He has breakfast, lunch, and supper or dinner. The food is good, but he's just a picky eater. The facility is nice and clean. All of the other residents seem happy there. It's a comfortable place to be. And I'm happy with it. They have a salon. They have a dietician that I see. He's only been there a week, so I'm not familiar with all of it."

"Our church is connected with Harborview Pierce, so I've been there multiple times as a visitor. They're clean as they could be, and the staff is good. They're helpful, friendly, and caring. For activities, I know that they do puzzles. Their dining area was clean, and there was various staff sitting with patients that needed assistance eating."

"My dad is a resident of Twin Oaks Convalescent Center. It was good. The nurses are nice. The administrators don't have an idea of what goes on because they're always in their office. The staff was very good to my daddy, the nurses and CNAs, who took care of him. They need to work on more activities for the residents and make sure they shut the door so the residents don't walk out and then try to kick them out because that's what happened. They left the door open, and my dad walked out and they kicked him out for that reason. He had a shared dream. And they are not a memory care unit. They're advertised as memory care, but they're not memory care. So, they're a nursing home and they don't specialize in memory care."

"This facility was a smaller facility located in Homerville, GA. My parents are from there and decided to place her there so they could visit daily with her. The facility is older than some of the facilities that are in the surrounding cities, but it was up to date and extremely clean. The staff there paid close attention to all patients and provided excellent care. They seemed to genuinely care about each patient and did not treat them simply as a job. There were no other facilities that we would have chosen for her to receive care from. "
