My dad is a resident of Twin Oaks Convalescent Center. It was good. The nurses are nice. The administrators don't have an idea of what goes on because they're always in their office. The staff was very good to my daddy, the nurses and CNAs, who took care of him. They need to work on more activities for the residents and make sure they shut the door so the residents don't walk out and then try to kick them out because that's what happened. They left the door open, and my dad walked out and they kicked him out for that reason. He had a shared dream. And they are not a memory care unit. They're advertised as memory care, but they're not memory care. So, they're a nursing home and they don't specialize in memory care.

I placed a client here last Friday. It is extremely clean and located within a hospital. This is one of the key components that my clients were looking for in placing their loved one at Twin Oaks. Staff is very courteous and they didnt have any bad records since 2010. This is great.
