Through VA, I have enrolled my husband in a day care respite program for four days a week at Maple Leaf, and I am satisfied. It’s very close to home and very nice; they have very sweet women who run it. He gets a meal at noon provided by meals on wheels, so everything is measured and very healthy. I guess they are getting their daily supply of protein and everything that they need. They have exercise, crafts, and occasional outings. In the summer time, they will go out more in their two vans. He likes it a lot.
