The people at Fox Hollow are caring and things are going as well as about what could be expected. My wife is in the memory care unit in a private room, but they also have shared rooms. They have music, little events, and games.

Fox Hollow Senior Living Community was a little bit less expensive, but it was not nearly as nice as the other facility we checked out. I think it was the assistant director who gave us a tour that day and she was very good. What I didn't like was that it is a two-floor facility and from what I could tell, there was only one elevator that goes up to the second floor. It seemed to me that during mealtime, there would be a lot of traffic. I got the impression that a lot of the folks there were a lot worse off, healthwise, than my mother is. They also didn't have a two-room suite available. They just had a one-room suite. It was OK, but it was older and needed to be updated. They had a library as well for the residents. Frankly, that place smelled like old people, and we didn't find that aroma in the other facilities we've been to.

Fox Hollow Community was a fine, two-story facility. My mom didn’t like the two floors, but otherwise, it was all positive and nothing negative. It was just a little more expensive.

We went to Fox Hollow, and the staff was very nice. The rooms were fine, but too small for what I want. It was clean, they had games, bingo, and get togethers.

I am pleased with everything at Fox Hollow Senior Living Community. I do not have any complaints. My mother is in a one-bedroom space, and it is fine. They have a wide range of activities, and I would recommend it to others.

My mom had been in Fox Hollow Senior Living Community since November 16th. She's very happy and doing well. The area is clean and homey. The staff is absolutely fabulous, friendly and very sweet. The facilities are clean. The apartments come of different sizes and shapes. The layout of my mom's apartment is set up perfectly. She considers her apartment as her own house. The meals are very good. Their activities impresses me. They get out, they had a walking club, yoga, sing along, etc. My mom had many things to do and friends to do with.

Fox Hollow was a huge place. However, their rooms were tiny with a bed and a television. The bathroom was on a separate room. The price which is $2,700 a month. It was out of my price range.

I work with this facility on a regular basis with events, meetings and several of my clients. The staff are professional and strive to provide quality to all the residents and their families. No concern has ever gone unaddressed. I look forward to working with Fox Hollow in the future not only for residents/clients we share but in supporting our special community and our elderly citizens.

I have had many clients who have chosen Foxhollow as their assisted living facility. This choice is always hard for the resident and/or their family. I visit my clients in this facility and have always found residents to be happy, cared for, entertained and well fed. Their bus is always out and about in the community taking residents on outings or simply riding around to view the area and any changes in our community. If residents have any issues arise staff and administration have always bene quick to respond to the concerns.

Fox Hollow Senior Living Community is reasonably priced and convenient to where I live. It's month-to-month so you can break the contract at any time. They have plenty of activities. They have a bus for the people that live there and they can ride that to the stores. The food is excellent, and the care is excellent.

I can't say enough good things about Fox Hollow. When it became medically necessary for my mom to go into assisted living, we researched several communities in our area, and Fox Hollow stood out from the very start. They took the time to give us multiple tours, both scheduled and unannounced, answer our unending questions, did everything possible to accomodate apartment decorating preferences, and even cry with us when we were dealing with the emotional impact of transitioning my mom from independent to assisted living. When we ultimately chose Fox Hollow, they arranged a very special greeting and welcome for my mom that was extremely touching and personal. And ever since then, they have exceeded my expectations. Without exception, the staff have taken a special interest in doing all they can to make her transition into assisted living as easy as possible. They have gone out of their way to make her feel special, treat her as an absolutely unique individual, anticipate her needs and desires, and spend generous amounts of time talking with her and sharing in her favorite interests. The facility is tastefully decorated, clean, and effeciently run. The staff members are very professional, but also friendly and accessable, and return my phone calls and emails in a timely manner whenever I have a question or concern. I am so grateful for the amazing quality of care that my mom is receiving at Fox Hollow, and for the peace of mind they have restored to our family.

My mother has been a resident of Fox Hollow Senior Living in Pinehurst for the past four years. Making the decision to place mom was scary to our family because we did not know what to expect, and the question of "would mom be cared for" in a way that would be nurturing, compassionate, and loving was a concern. Mom was met with open arms from the first day of her arrival and this same care continues today to be nurtuing, loving, and compassionate. Each staff member truly gets to know the patient and their family. Fox Hollow focuses on being a "family member" which helps the residents and their families to be more at ease. Periodically, Fox Hollow has 'family' night where the resident's families are invited to a night of good food and entertainment. The residents have opportunity each week to go out into the community on a van ride, or perhaps a shopping trip to Wal Mart, or the grocery store. Each month the residents also have the opportunity to go to a local restaurant for lunch or maybe go to a movie. Activities are provided at Fox Hollow on a daily basis, as well as entertainers from the community volunteer their talents with the residents. I think Fox Hollow does their best to make everyone comfortable and to throw out the "welcome mat." Administration staff are very visible throughout the facility and have an "open door" to anyone who has questions or concerns. I have often said that Fox Hollow would be my next home when the time comes. I consider Fox Hollow a home away from home!

My cousins' mother had lived with her family for many years but recently had begun to need more care than her family could provide. After visiting and talking with the staff, Fox Hollow was chosen as the facility to care for their mother. It was a tough decision for the family to place their mother out of the home; but knowing the Fox Hollow level of care and compassion has given them peace of mind and freedom to live their own lives, knowing their mother has adjusted well and is close by for frequent visits.

THey were so wonderful to her there. Shortly after moving in she needed surgery which set her back in many ways for many months, so much so that she had to go to increased nursing care. However, the staff and residents at Fox Hollow were so wonderful to her during this time and even came to her recent birthday party at the new facility. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained. The food was just fine and the dining area was the center for social activity. Overall, she loved the place even though it was a new and anxiety riddled experience for her. She would have stayed longer if her health had not turned. Also, they helped my family discover some financial benefits we were entitled to and were not aware of. That was a very nice, unexpected benefit. Overall I would recommend this facility and the staff to anyone considering care for an elderly parent or relative. It is safe and clean and secure.
