My husbands grandfather went to this facility. They took good care of him but the food was not the best. He didn't eat that well there. The staff were mostly friendly. I noticed one of them was not very helpful. And a little rude.My husbands grandfather went there because he fell off two steps and hurt part of his body. He needed to go there so he could walk again. He was too injured to walk without a wheel chair. He could not stay at home. Because he needed someone always there to help him. So that is why he had to go here. The staff at The Dutch Manor made sure he was able to walk on his own before he was released back home. He started to like it so much he almost refused to leave. He liked people always being there for him. And I think he was afraid of falling again. But the staff there gave him confidence he could walk and care for himself parts of the day at his home. He does have someone at his home that visits and feeds him.
