I will be moving into Meadows Senior Living. The young lady was very thorough. She gave us a tour of the apartment and showed me the building, the facilities, the elevator, the laundry room, and the community room. I was pleased with the apartment. They have a courtyard and walkways where you can walk. They have a patio where people can go out, sit, and communicate if they want to. On each floor, there's a balcony that you can go out on; there's just one for each floor. You prepare your own meals or have meals on wheels. I like the layout of the basic rooms. The bedrooms were a little bit small, but I can deal with that. The staff members were nice. The facility was clean.

Welcome to The Meadows at Middle Settlement! Our apartments are situated on a 23-acre campus-like setting in suburban New Hartford. Choose a studio, one- or two-bedroom apartment fully equipped with an electric range, refrigerator, individual room thermostat controls and wall-to-wall carpeting. Utilities such as electricity, water and heat are included. Our ground-level units offer spacious patios, while our second-floor apartments feature balconies with expansive views. Our state-of-the-art Wellness Center is steps away and is designed with older adults in mind, and features equipment specifically designed to meet your needs. The Wellness Center also boasts a dry sauna which is not only great for detoxification and relaxation, but also is good for your heart, arthritis, circulation, and metabolism. Our Friendship House offers a variety of activities that include luncheons, holiday events, coffee hour and more.
