Everything went fine there. They were very friendly, helpful and understanding. There was a bed available and I had mom moved in within a week. They were very quick with their response which was what I needed. I chose the facility because it's very close to where I live. They also take a lot of the paperwork, like mom's banking. They have lots of programs for them there. They don't just sit in a chair. I like it that they have lots of ongoing activities. They have a common room, a dining area, they have a smoking room for those who smoke. Her room is comfortable, it's bright and roomy. She's very contented. The people there are also allowed to come and go. Whenever I want to bring my mom home or take her some place, I don't have to plan ahead. I can just come and pick her up.
