The Valley Residential Services is an excellent place. My mother-in-law is receiving assisted living care and has her own room there. The staff is very caring. It's not a large place and there are not a lot of people so she gets a lot of attention. They're very forthcoming with information. They call any time that anything seems different or if there's anything we need to know. I haven't tasted their food but my mother-in-law loves it so it's excellent. They also have a lot of choices. The facility is very maneuverable, very clean, open, and very bright. We haven't seen any activities because of the pandemic. We have to visit and stay in her room so the families aren't involved in the activities at this point. It's excellent so I would recommend it.

From what I have seen of Valley Health both personally and professionally I am convinced they provide the best care in the mohawk valley. Staffing on the residential rehab unit are attentive and truely care for the patients. There is alot of recreational oppertunities available to residents and they recieve excellent medical care. Professionally I have been in thier outpatient rehab clinic. I am sincerly impressed with the therapists and thier knowledge of thier skills.
