"Golden Heart is a wonderful facility. My father is a client and he loves it. The staff is professional, attentive and compassiopnate and goes out of their way to make their charges happy and keep them engaged. The facilities are beautiful and the food is hot and nutritious. "It’s a hard decision to move a family member from their home. My mom is 90, and last year I saw it was starting to become hard for her to take care of herself. I hired some care, but my mom lived 30 minutes from me and I was traveling there all the time to make sure everything was good. She didn’t like someone there and complained a lot. I realized this was not going to workout, she was not happy, and I was stressed all the time. I checked out a few Assisted Living facilities, but when I went to Brandall I immediately felt a warm feeling when I walked in. Everyone was smiling and saying hello to me. There was music playing and the person at the front desk was so nice and cheery! I met with Sherry, Executive Director and Katherine, Director of Community Relations ,I was given a tour and a lot of information. I immediately felt this was the place! Fast forward a little, with a lot of help and guidance from Sherry and Katherine my mom is a resident there now. I have been extremely happy now that my mom has been there since the end of June. She is still adjusting and has met a lot of good friends. She tries to participate in some of the activities , and there is a full monthly calendar with a ton of nice things to choose from.Everyone works very hard to make the resident comfortable and happy. Sherry and Katherine have been a great source of strength for me in the beginning and continues to be now. They are truly wonderful! I talk to Doreen, Director of Nursing about different things that come up about my mom, and she is always available for me, and I thank her! From Sherry, Katherine, Doreen, all the hard working nurses and aids, Food and Beverage, Engineering, Social Director and Housekeeping, they are all amazing. Brandall has a lot of very talented employed and they make the activities very fun. To wrap this up, I have found Brandall to be a wonderful Assisted Living home with a very professional, warm and living atmosphere. Thank you, Brandall!!! Randi Seiden"

There's a variety of opportunities for working out, for socialization, and for engagement with the community. It's very well-kept, nicely decorated, and very accommodating. The staff was very gracious, pleasant, clean, and professional and all identified with their badges."

"My mother had a stroke and was sent to Complete Care at Linwood, LLC (Formerly Linwood Care Center). It's a nursing home and rehab. It's much better than it used to be and I'm pleasantly surprised. I'm pleased with the speech therapist, the physical therapist, and the nursing staff. She's in a double room, and it's very clean. The layout is tough for my mother's older friends who are coming because it's a long walk, but it's clean. I've seen people playing bingo."

"She was only there for five days of respite. It was fine, the accommodations were nice, and the staff was friendly. The services there were adequate, certainly not luxurious. They had an Activities Director who usually held an activity that all the residents could go to once per day, but there wasn’t any transportation to and from the facility. "

"I visited Villa Raffaella, and was treated very nicely. The staff was very accommodating, and they did everything. I have two friends in there who both seem very happy and content. I know that they do field trips, and there was a chapel right on the premises. In fact my husband's family and I went in the Chapel to put up a stained glass window in memory of my husband’s family. It’s a very nice, updated, clean, and well-kept facility. The atmosphere was very good; they try to make it home-like. I think it’s a small scale facility, but it has room for growth. Because it’s not a huge facility, it’s very homey. "

"My husband is enrolled at the Senior Care Galloway facility. He suffers from dementia/Alzheimer's. I am very pleased with their care & concern for their patients. They are very kind, knowledgeable and interested in the welfare of their patients. My husband waits in the morning to be picked up by his driver and enjoys going to the facility. It gives him a purpose whereby he would be very bored at home and just pacing. I would recommend this facility to anyone who asked me.
