Over worked staff. My wife entered to recover from surgery and rehab. Complaints from day one went ignored. It took 3 weeks to get side rails. I removed her by ambulance. She contracted UTI and C-diff and pneumonia. She died a week later November 18, 2022. I was blocked by the social worker in my attempt to have her transferred to another facility from the first day. Take what you want from this. This was my experience in becoming a widow.

Was recently there for 4 weeks, after leaving the Hospital. Staff and care was Awesome, friendly, professional, genuine and very caring. Never had to wait long for assistance. Rooms , floors and hallways, very clean, neat and tidy. Food i very much enjoyed and very good selection. Physical Therapy, a good staff, enjoyed them all, kept me motivated so as to gain strength, mobility and balance.

My mother had a stroke and was sent to Complete Care at Linwood, LLC (Formerly Linwood Care Center). It's a nursing home and rehab. It's much better than it used to be and I'm pleasantly surprised. I'm pleased with the speech therapist, the physical therapist, and the nursing staff. She's in a double room, and it's very clean. The layout is tough for my mother's older friends who are coming because it's a long walk, but it's clean. I've seen people playing bingo.
