"I liked Sunrise of Lincroft, I liked the setting. The grounds were lovely, very, very pretty. Lincroft is a little bit more laid back, a very nice campus. It's around 20 years old. The square footage was small. The rooms are small, it's compact. They have a very lovely menu, very good choices, and are willing to accommodate people with limited diets. They have arts and crafts, game activities, movie night, I think they had a trivia night, and a lot of engaging things for the residents."

"When the doctors at Bayshore Hospital determined that my 91 year old mother needed special care that only an assisted living facility can provide, like any son who had cared for and lived with his mother during her time of need, I was a little apprehensive. My mother has been a resident of the Millennium Memory Care in Aberdeen (recommended to me by Bayshore Hospital) for close to a year now and I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I am with the attention of care my mother receives from their dedicated staff. Not only does she receive medical care, medication management and regularly scheduled checkups, they also provide a hair dresser and hold holiday parties. Now with the Covid-19 pandemic, the staff has suspended visitation and put other measures in place to safeguard the health of their residents. I would recommend this Care facility to anyone. "

"My father moved into Waterford on the Bay almost a month ago. The place is clean. The only complaint is the food. The staff is friendly, attentive, and assist him. He doesn't have any problems with that. They had a band play and a birthday party."

"It seemed really great at the facility and the people were very nice. I wasn't really sure what to think of the facility as a whole, but I liked it a lot from what i saw. The people there seemed quite happy and the food looked great. It was a very good facility. "

"I went to Harborview Senior Living. The staff was very accommodating. They were very kind, patient, and well-informed about the facility. They were forthcoming about the limitations like what things are provided and what things can't be provided given the limitations of manpower and space. I was shown the accommodations. I was shown the price list. I was informed that some residents do receive Medicaid, but at that point, their accommodations become somewhat more limited. I was shown all the common areas. I was shown where people eat. I was allowed to speak to the residents. Nothing was withheld. I was shown all levels of the facility and I was shown essentially how the people live there day to day, and I was very gratified by that. The woman that I met was very, very kind. They were very honest and very forthcoming. The landscaping itself could use a bit of attention, but nothing very bad, and that can be corrected. It wasn't unsanitary, but just a little bit unkempt outside. They have a nurse on staff. They also have a doctor that is affiliated with the facility, and he is on call. They have a recreation room, a room where the people can read, a library, and an observatory outside. There's a deck where the residents can sit and lounge on the outside. They have a very nice view of the harbor. It's air-conditioned, and it's very safe. It doesn't seem like it's crowded or there's a lack of space or facilities. I think all the residents are engaged during the day, and they seem content and even happy from what I can see."

"We had chosen The Brielle for my brother. I like the attention to detail. They are offering different levels of care, like if somebody needs just a little bit of help versus somebody who needs a lot of help. The facility is very clean. They showed us a studio, a one-bedroom, and a two-bedroom that you share with another person. The rooms were pretty big, and the layout was very nice, very new, and modern-looking. I saw people playing cards. The cafeteria was really nice. They had cloth napkins and glasses. It was like restaurant-quality. I heard there's transportation to local shopping. They had a nice little library and a socializing room with a fireplace and old-style chairs. It's all brand new. The outdoor area was really nice. You can even walk right out there. They're right in a very wooded area, and then behind it was a lot of natural scenery. It was very nice."
