My friend has been in Collingswood Manor's assisted living. The place is very nice, cozy, and welcoming. It's a great community. They do a lot of events and they have a lot of games they play for everyone. The one thing I like about it is that they really care about the client coming in. My friend has a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. That will be her place for the entire time that she's there. For activities they have a lot of things like bingo, and games like volleyball with balloons. They keep their people very active. However, it's not mandatory for them to be there, so they do not pull them out of their apartment. If my friend wanted to stay in her apartment all day long that's fine with them. They would just check on her for certain things, like medication and such. I have looked around and I would say it's a good value for money.
