"My Grandma fell, they did not call. This happened more then once. My Grandma was throwing up, they did not call us. We had general question that the staff chose to hear it as criticism. Family should be able to ask questions in regards to general health. The response was lacking in companion the response from Erin was "You can take her home today". People who work and CANNOT bet there 24/7 know this is a threat to accept statuesque and pushed into silencing regarding valid concerns, not a practical resolution. We placed her in a home bc we wanted around the clock care for her health and so we could be daughter and granddaughter again not bc we wanted to be pushed out of her life. They made the last months of my Grandmas life stressful. "

"My family member lives at Rosetta, every time we visit her, the caregivers are very helpful and kind. The Administrator makes sure we are heard and makes sure their residents receive the best attention and continued care, she is very hands on, as is the house manager. The rooms are a nice size, housekeeping keeps things clean and sanitized. They have great activities, art, games, and even tie dyed the other day. They have upgraded their buildings inside and both houses look amazing, smell and look clean and well maintained. We are lucky to have found such a wonderful place for our loved one, she is in good hands. "

"We had an in-person tour of Missoula Manor Homes. We pretty much like everything. It's got a good central location. There are nice facilities there. They have restaurants, a library, and activities. They have laundry. If you want three meals a day, you can take those. They have shuttles to take you to doctor's appointments. They have group tours where they go out and see different things, like the museum. They grow a lot of produce in that area, and they get a lot of donated fresh produce."

"I was at The Village Senior Residence. I liked the whole thing. There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Their food was good, and their service was good. We had a lockdown from COVID and the only people that I would let in were the one that brought the food and the nurse when they had to come in and check on us. They respected me for that. One of the staff members thought that I had COVID because I wasn't letting anybody in. I wouldn't allow housekeeping in. I didn't let laundry in. The food was very good. If you wanted something extra, you could get it. A lot of times I would get a sandwich to take to my room, and that was over and above whatever food was served and they didn't mind. They were great. It's pretty new. They had exercise classes, movies, and painting classes. I was in a group, and we played Mexican Train Dominoes. I played bingo and kept winning. We played Pinnacle two times a week. I was on the main floor not far from the front door. I had a two-bedroom. I felt good. I got to know everybody in the building, even some of them in the unit that needed more help. The dining room held either 11 or 12 tables and would seat four comfortably. I knew everybody in the dining room."

"My wife moved to The Springs at Missoula. They're very high because it provides a lot of care and attention to the residents. The staff is very attentive and caring. I had some meals with my wife and the food was similar to home cooking. The rooms are very nice, spacious, and clean. They have some art projects, religious services, and music."

"Upon entering the facility we were greeted by at least 5 different staff members. Several of the facilities residents were gathered in a common room to watch the first round of the NCAA playoffs. The room was clean and well appointed. It also had ample space to bring quite a few personal items. The NP that I met with was very well dressed and spoke in a highly educated style. Most importantly, the vending machine had Peanut M&M's, which my future mother in law loves. "

"Kathy's Place Personal Care Home was very clean. They had a lot of outdoor seating areas for the residents to gather. They also had chickens and they eat a lot of organic food. There were just a lot of older people that were further along than my husband, so I didn't think it would be a very good fit at the moment. Other than that, it was fine. Everybody was friendly and the rooms were decent. It was kind of an older home, but I liked that it was small and there were only 10 residents there. There were 6 private rooms and the rest were shared. The gal that gave me the tour was the administrator. She lived above the facility,(she and her husband) who is a registered nurse, and they were also nice. Her son has actually done some remodeling on it, but the ceilings were just low."

"The Living Centre looks well organized. The staff is very engaged, cooperative, and they seemed to work hard to accommodate anybody's distinct needs. My mom is a Celiac and can't do wheat. And we talked to the head chef and she was 100 percent on-board with providing for that kind of need. And other than that, the facility is somewhat plain, but it is still more than adequate. The staff is highly engaged and responsive to our requests for information and their cooperation is excellent. It's just an older facility and the upkeep is fine. It's clean and looks to be well maintained."
