Kathy's Place Personal Care Home was very clean. They had a lot of outdoor seating areas for the residents to gather. They also had chickens and they eat a lot of organic food. There were just a lot of older people that were further along than my husband, so I didn't think it would be a very good fit at the moment. Other than that, it was fine. Everybody was friendly and the rooms were decent. It was kind of an older home, but I liked that it was small and there were only 10 residents there. There were 6 private rooms and the rest were shared. The gal that gave me the tour was the administrator. She lived above the facility,(she and her husband) who is a registered nurse, and they were also nice. Her son has actually done some remodeling on it, but the ceilings were just low.
