I looked into the Masonic Home of Montana. It seemed like the grounds on the outside of the facility were magnificent, and much like an estate. It was very, very well-maintained and lovely. The inside is much older. My mother-in-law was a resident there. They had bingo and they had a bus to take people shopping if they wanted to. They had music that came in. They had other performances like different bands that would come play.

Masonic Home of Montana is nice. It’s an older building. It’s a place for men and veterans that aren’t so picky about the furnishings, because they are outdated; it is Victorian. It was very quiet when I visited. It is more like an institutional facility for men than it is for women. The place is clean and adequate. It just needs to be remodeled.

My mom moved into Masonic Home of Montana two months ago. Everything so far -- the food, the staff, the facility itself, the room -- is great. The staff is excellent, and most of them have been there for several years. They are very caring and very good in all areas. So far, I have not encountered anything that will make it less than a five-star rating.
