The amenities were not the nicest, but they were clean and free from any noticeable filth or odd smells, other than that of "old house." Rest Haven is an old house which has been retrofitted to house the geriatric in a safe setting, however it has a narrow staircase in the main room (not sure if any patients are upstairs). It also has at least one addition attached to the main house. It gives off an intimate setting with a reasonable number of people living there for the size of the space. The staff seemed friendly and were quick to attend to any of the patients' needs. None of the people living there were actively complaining or attempting to leave of their own willpower.
