Our mother was in the Memory Care unit for a short time before she passed. She received excellent care. One nurse that really stands out is Judy. She always took the time to inform our family on how our mother was doing as some of our family was out of state. She made sure we talked to our mother whenever possible.

In my experience, the staff has been very helpful. We have had many family functions in the facilities and have always been impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Additionally, that is why we continue to bring the functions to our grandparents rather than bringing them to one of our family houses. However, there was one instance of where my grandfather was very ill and not receiving the medications he was to on a regular schedule. Additionally, there was one employee who failed to follow the requests of our family regarding the power of attorney and communication for medical issues/questions. My family was not being told (as we had requested and had proper documentation for) of instances regarding my grandfather's health. However, after some discussion with management this issue was resolved.My grandparents enjoy living here and we enjoy visiting them in this facility. The areas are clean and inviting.
