Saint Anne Extended Healthcare is top of the heap. It's a Catholic facility and they've treated me very, very nicely. They feed people very well. They can bring your dinner tray up to your room or you can go to the dining room. The scenes from the windows are beautiful. It's not a new building, but it's well-maintained. They have a complete gymnasium on the lower level, in the basement, with a lot of equipment that helps you keep your muscles in good shape. We have every kind of activity from bingo to making sandcastles on the patio, to bringing in pets, to TVs in all the rooms. The aides are very happy working here, too, and I have been very satisfied with them.

My Mom was a patient in the long term care facility for a brief time. I was very impressed with the staff that cared for her. They were kind, caring, and certainly made her last days wonderful. While I stayed with Mom, they took extra time to make sure my needs were met. Environmental services, dietary, nursing, pastoral care, administration and activities departments were outstanding! We have a large family, and they made sure we had a place to gather even providing coffee and nourishments for us. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the people! The only downfall is that the building is older but even with that obstacle, they make it as home like as possible. I would not hesitate to have another family member become a patient there!
