Remick Ridge Estates was bright, airy, and had a lot of opportunities for the independent people to gather for card games and things along that line. There's a lot of opportunity there for the elderly. The staff was very caring. They had the push button for any needs, if you had fallen or anything like that, but most of it was pretty much independent. It was like a small apartment. They had a library, housekeeping, and one meal a day. The main meal was provided. I believe they even had offered having groceries delivered once a week so that the residents didn't have to go out. They had some nice things as far as a community for the elderly. There's opportunity for transportation with Windom as well.
