My mom is in Bethesda memory care. It's a well-built and clean place. Her room is clean and comfortable. The staff is good, they're wonderful. The food and the dining area are clean and functional. They have all kinds of different events, games they play, and they go out for walks. The outdoor spaces are good. Everything about the whole place is acceptable.

My mom has been at Bethesda Heritage Center for about a month. It's a very nice place and Mom gets excellent care, so we're very happy with it. The staff is excellent. My mom's room is a very nice, small single room with her own bathroom and shower. There are different types of rooms. They have bingo, cards, arts and crafts and exercise classes. They have buses for those who are able to use them to take them out for excursions.

Bethesda is OK and has 24hr care. It’s a nice place but the rooms were not big, there’s a bathroom in each room but no shower. She likes the food and the dining setup was good. They have bingo, entertainers and physical therapy.
