It’s a homey set up. Staff is always pleasant. My brother appears happy and content. Staff is always receptive to comments, and very helpful. I fell so blessed to have found a facility that is now my brother’s home and feel the care is excellent.

About Rakhma Grace Home in Minnetonka, Minnesota
Grace Home was purchased in 1988 from the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church (located across the street) where it originally served as the church convent. Our license provides space for 15 residents in a large, mid-century rambler decorated in bed-and-breakfast charm. Most resident rooms are private and located on the second floor. There is a large dining room, roomy living/TV room on first floor, and a large TV and pool table room in the lower level. Grace Home also features a spacious front and back yard with a beautiful deck that is wheelchair friendly.
