My mother claims that the food at SarahCare of Lakeside is very good and that they give her a lot of food. She was very leery of being put in a daycare facility, but she seems to like it. They play games, they interact, and they play music. They're very attentive and the owner is right out there, most of the time, interacting with the residents. The staff is friendly and they go above and beyond to welcome everybody. We feel relieved that it is affordable, close to our home, and that my mother enjoys going. They do bingo, they play Uno cards, and they do some exercising for those in wheelchairs and some sort of activity exercising too. They provide breakfast and lunches. They do crafts and they go outdoors. They have a little patio that they take them to. They do music and games. They also have entertainment come in. I believe they even used to do field trips before COVID. It's also in a very good location. It's next to a hospital, which is important. It's close to shopping and other restaurants and things like that. They have their food catered, I believe.

My mother is a 79 year old social and kind lady, who entered Sarahcare over a year ago for a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease. The staff is very involved with greeting their participants and meeting and getting to know the families. They begin their day with a home cooked breakfast, current events, exercise, preparing lunch. exercise, sitting in the garden, a craft, old and funny movies from their generation and games. The entire place is spotless and they have a couple nurses on site. Its a family affair and we are so blessed.

Right now my husband is using SarahCare. I keep him there every day and bring him home every night. They exercise, play games, and sing. It is just a friendly group of people. They have breakfast, lunch, late morning snack, and afternoon snack. The staff is very caring and very friendly. They are almost like family. My husband is very hard to please, but he is quite comfortable there.
