During my mother's two week stay I had repeated problems getting the care and therapy she was there for. The so-called management does not communicate with the nursing staff. It was obvious that they are geared towards maxing out the insurance while giving little to no care towards the patient. DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONE GET STUCK HERE!!!

During my mother's 5 year stay, I was very satisfied with the overall experience. I felt that both the staff and facilities equipment was superior to most other experiences that I have encountered. The beds were mostly new and fully functional and to the highest standard(s). I was very pleased with the spirit of the caretakers too. They had my mother involved in many activities and in which I felt very satisfied that they tried to make her life as best as possible. They helped acquire the best special wheel chair that I have ever seen. On the negative, I did not see them bath her much and take care of her facial extremities, etc. I am quite sad about that. I think that they were too lazy to look at personal hygiene, hair, etc. They didn't dye her hair often, and it smelled very bad most of the time. I felt bad for my mother.
