My mother-in-law is at AdviniaCare Salem. She has been there for three months now. I think she is doing very well. She is getting better and stronger. I think they are taking care of her very well. For activities, they have cards, bingo, and different things like that. I think the staff are all very good.

AdviniaCare Salem was clean, organized, and comfortable. The woman that gave the tour was really friendly, outgoing, and understanding. She was accommodating and was very good. Their activities were the normal nursing home activities, like bingo and that kind of stuff.

My father was a resident here. I was very alarmed one morning to read in the Salem evening news to read one of their CNA’s was arrested for stealing the patients pain medication for herself. When I called to inquire because my father was a resident their only reply was she didn’t work on his floor. There are only 2 floors!

I would never recommend this facility. Elderly patients were left in hallways, male patients were allowed to shout and swear late at night. No fast response. Bed response times terrible -esp for toilet needs. Skilled is not a term I would use. The fact that an ombudsman had to be called by myself is enough. Both this and Brentwood deserve to be closed. Medicare is a rip off. A bill for $$$$ was presented for higher than a stay at the Ritz is outrageous! The mgt were conspicuous by their absence.

staff did not do their job on several occasions. very unhappy about the care received here. cannot reach administrator because he is either out of the office, busy with payroll, on vacation these are the excuses I get. I would not recommend this facility.

The physical therapy helped me very much. The nurses, c.n.a.'s and everyone were very nice. My roommate and I got along great, I was sorry to see her go home before it was time for me to leave.

The nurses and the c.n.a.'s are wonderful. I'll be coming back in November after a spinal operation for the team to get me back on my feet. It will be my third therapy stay at Grosvenor Park which says it all!!

The best possible care anyone could ask for, the nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, c.n.a.'s and kitchen help. I can't say thank you enough to the staff!! Diana Goldberg

I have been a patient at Grosvenor Park many times now and each time I have been here concern for my condition, consideration for my needs and best care have been me. Every staff member does their job well and has made me very comfortable and have given me confidence to resume my daily life once more.

I was most impressed with the loving and compassionate care of all the staff. I'm a different person from when I came in due to the compassionate and caring therapists.

Grosvenor Park is located in Salem, MA 5 minutes away from Northshore medical center and Beverly hospitals. I visit Grosvenor Park regularly to check on residents receiving extra care from our home health company. Grosvenor park provides skilled nursing services including Alzheimer's care. I can honestly say Grosvenor Park seem well maintained as compared to other skilled nursing facilities. Seniors rooms are kept clean regularly. Staff is available 24 hours to provide Alzheimer's care and other nursing services. So far, staff members have been friendly. Staff members only seem to interact with seniors while providing care. Just like many nursing homes, Grosvenor is understaffed, which is a common problem in many nursing homes in US. Balanced meals are served three times a day. Snacks are also provided. I would recommend Grosvenor Park to family members looking for facilities that can care for their loved ones with Alzheimer's.

Grosvenor Park is everything an assisted living residence should be. The building is magnificent and classy, yet has an attractive charm to it. The grounds are spacious and well-maintained, allowing residents ample opportunity to appreciate nature. The inside of the building is spotlessly maintained, and the rooms are well-sized. The food is above-average quality. The nurses and other employees are extremely helpful and friendly, yet professional. They handle their job extremely well, and leave no doubt as to the level of care my loved ones were entrusted to. Overall, I would recommend Grosvenor Park to anyone in search of a high-quality AL residence for themselves or a loved one.
