My mother is at South Cove Manor. The place is well-kept/clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. She's well cared for, and because it's mainly an Asian place, my mother is able to communicate with them. I would highly recommend it to anybody. They have single rooms and shared rooms, and they're clean and well-kept. It's very bright and cheery. Food is OK, and my mother hasn't complained. I'm not really there to see what they offer, but they had group activities, and they played bingo games. This is all before the pandemic. She only had activities for a couple of months, and then it had stopped because of the pandemic. The staff members are excellent. They're very helpful. They call me with any questions or any problems that they may run into, so I get a phone call right away. As far as I can see, they're very attentive to my mother.
