I like Wynnfield Crossing. I thought it was a beautiful place. I also thought that the staff was very friendly, professional, and over-the-top ready to help you. Everyone looked happy and clean. The facility was clean, too. It's a beautiful facility. What I didn't like about it was that it was too far for me, and the price was a little high. If mom lives longer than five years, we couldn't have kept up with the price. I didn't taste the food, but everything looked clean, and there were lots of options to choose from. You could also eat any time of the day, which I thought was great. I felt the building was uncomplicated. It was simple and easy for a person to get around, and I thought that for the elderly, that's perfect. It was well lit, and there were lots of windows. It was great. We were looking at efficiency units because that was what was affordable to us, and they were very nice. I believe the one-bedroom and the two-bedrooms were luxuriously big for an elderly person.

Wynnfield Crossing is by far the best facility you could be in or put trust in for your loved ones. My mother was here for almost 3 yrs and I can’t express enough how everyone there was so nice and loving to her. The whole facility is always clean and kept updated. Mom was on hospice for almost 5 months and the resident assistance girls took extremely great care for mom. They kept her rotated and clean and dry. I promise you there is no better place within 100 miles or more that could take care of your loved one more than Wynfield Crossing. And the best part was Mom loved it there. That’s all that matters. When my time comes, I can only hope that they have room for me. If this inquiry would let me give them more than 5 stars I most definitely would.

As an only child, I don't know what my parents and I would have done without Wynnfield Crossing, one of the blessings of Rochester, IN. My parents loved their apartment. The facility provided them with comfort, safety, good meals, socialization, parties, concerts, outings, support. The staff was very caring and stayed in close communication with me. I always looked forward to visiting not only with my parents, but with the staff as well. They were always ready to answer my many questions. Also I really enjoyed having lunch with my parents and their friends, and attending performances and church services with them. The atmosphere at Wynnfield is always cheerful.

Where do I start to thank the wonderful staff at Wynnfield Crossing? Everyone treats my parents as if they are family. The love radiates throughout the rooms and hallways with hugs and laughter. People like Donnie, Mary, Kay and Mary E. go the extra mile for the residents and their families. When I walk in the building it always smells good and everything is spotless. I frequently eat in the dining room with my folks and the food is delicious and served by friendly staff who seem to really enjoy joking and talking to the residents.
