This is a terrible facility there’s not enough aids per patient and my mother has been there and not gotten the care she deserves honestly I would never let another relative go there.

DO NOT allow your loved ones nor friends in this place. 95% of the Nurses and Aides have NO COMPASSION!!!!!!! Clothes missing all the time, your loved ones sit in there 'depends' full of urine/poop all day till they change them the next morning. Major concern on the drugs they give they according to what 'their' Doctors 'say' they need. Which can cause more serious issues and mental health problems. Rich the Administrator has absolutely NO compassion and cares about the elderly that are there. Rich only got the job because he is very close friends with the Owner. Rich had no education and experience to be in the position he is in. I mean, seriously people... he ran the Dog-n Suds!!! Rich we give you his best Oscar performance/speech to convince you and for you to believe/trust HE will take care of your family members that come to stay/treated at Wesleyan...Rich does not follow through on. Many complaints have been spoken and filed on many areas of : safety, medications, how the patients/elders are being treated, handicap parking (where employees park that are not handicap), clothing missing, not accommodating to specific needs for the elderly, (take them to activities instead of leaving them in their rooms), bruises on the elderly, the smell of the facility when you enter from any direction is 'overwhelming' of urine/other smells, your eyes will water, the food is absolutely horrible, there is not one part of the NUTRITIONAL food groups in this place, hot food is not really hot, majority of the good is 'processed' 'from a bulk can/plastic container, they microwave everything, sometime the food is stale. There is NO healthy food in this place. Think seriously about this Marion, your loved ones are NOT being properly taken care of at this facility. How would YOU feel to be treated in this manner!? The list continues, etc... PLEASE DO NOT consider this place for anyone you love!! DO NOT let their FAKE 'compassion' words fool you. Question for RICH: How would you feel if YOU had to be in here, knowing what is going on?

My dad was a resident and the staff treated him horrible. They put residents on Antipsychotic drug, even through FDA has a black box warning not to give to elderly Dementia Patients. His wheelchair was always a mess. Walked in and found my dad near dead. Would never recommend sending your love one here.

My brother-in-law is at Wesleyan Health Care Center. The staff is really nice. The rooms were nice, but some of them are small. I think they have some two bedroom units if two people wanted to be together. He is sharing a room, and he loves it. They have a lot of activities like bingo. Their food was OK. My brother-in-law likes it, and he has not complained.

Wesleyan is an amazing facility with a lot to offer. I am impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the perky and polite staff. The location is also convenient and easy to get to.

This facility was an amazing facility because the care they provided my great grandmother. I never felt any reason for concern for her because all of the employees there were so kind and helpful with her. My great grandmother had Alzheimer's disease and struggled with it for several years, and the emloyees knew just how to care for her. Each day they had certain activities to get the residents involved in, from painting to a book club. The painting was my great grandmothers favorite activity and they even had her artwork displayed at the local hospital, Marion General, for people to bid on, and she was in a local art magazine to display her work and talk about her history. It was always comforting to know that my grandmother was cared for properly and in good hands.

I was very disappointed when we arrived as the staff had not read transfer papers from hospital n didn't seem to care about the restriction my mother-in-law had, would not reccomend this facility.

When I visited this nursing home everyone was extremely nice and so was the nurses I dealt with. It was reasonably clean and did not smell like nursing homes usually do. I was very satisfied with my parent's care there.
