I liked that The Pointe At Jacksonville has 24-hour nursing care. The food that they offer was really good. Everything was superb. They have a full-time activity director that helps residents make sure they stay active and they encourage them to walk every day. My mother-in-law loves gardening and they have a whole set up where they can go and plant flowers (if weather permitting). The lady that gave the tour was very informative. She knew the answers to all of our questions. She also went the extra mile and let us go ahead and meet the nursing staff. She even took us to the business office when we were done and offered that if we had any questions, we can meet with the financial person there.
