The thing that impresses me the most is the personal care my Mom receives. She is always addressed by her name, Rose, instead of any nicknames or honey, sweetie, etc. I live one hour away and I am always alerted by phone as soon as anything happens-fall. health problem (blood sugar problems), etc. There is a meeting with family and staff every six weeks to address any concerns with either side. Mom has been in three nursing homes and this is the first one I have felt she is completely safe and loved. I have recommended Heritage to several friends and they have enrolled their loved ones.
