Luther Oaks was nice and clean. It's just most of the people there are in assisted living and the ones that are in independent living don't do a lot of independent things by themselves. They just follow along with the program. The staff was nice. I saw them going to the people and asking them questions to see what was wrong, instead of just letting them sit out there. I've seen the people eating and it looked like they give them enough food.

I visited the Hearthstone at Luther Oaks. The place was nice, and the people that showed us around seemed very knowledgeable about the place and what they could do to help. The staff all seemed very nice. It just was unfortunate, though, that it didn't work out for us due to my mom's needs. We saw their private rooms, they're like little apartments. They're nice and they look like expensive hotel-type rooms. They had a salon and different areas to be like there's a gym, there's a living room area for everybody to be in. There were a lot of community rooms within the space.

I went to Luther Oaks. It's a lovely, premium-type place that was just too expensive for us. We saw the room and saw where they ate and so forth, and it was beautiful. They do have a workout area for exercise. They have outdoor park areas. It's very open, very clean, extremely clean. The staff was very pleasant.

This is a new facility to the community, about five to seven years in service. It is affiliated with my Mother In-Law's church, though anyone can reside there. There are three levels of living, Independent Living, Assisted Living, which my Mother In-Law is in, and Full Time Nursing Care. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable. It seems like most every staff member knows every resident. It is clean and brightly lite. They cater to every need the residents have that is within reason. Residents can have three meals a day in lovely dining areas (plus private banquet rooms if family comes to visit). The food is top notch. Plus they provide residents cleaning services if needed. We have recommended this facility to our friends parents, who now live there. It is a wonderful place where you know your loved ones will be safe and well taken care of.
