My wife spent a week at Heritage Assisted Living Twin Falls. The place was nice and well-kept. It was an older facility, so it's not the most modern high-tech stuff and the price reflected that. It was less expensive than a lot of the others. I went there every day to see her, and they treated her well. The food was very good. I don't have anything bad to say about those people. The staff was very kind and caring. They did the best they could to care for her while she was there. I got to see the meals and I thought the food was just fine. Every meal was customized. They had kind of an a la carte thing, so you could order what you wanted, but the meals were customized to the patient's needs. It was a very nice facility that had very nice rooms. The bathroom and everything were fine. My wife's room was basically a studio with a bed. We had put a TV in there and she had a bathroom and a shower. So, it was nice. They had exercise areas and all kinds of things for people to do. They had tables and things set up where people could come and draw or whatever they wanted. They had parakeets in there, and they had a nice theater popcorn there. Of all the places I saw, they were the most reasonably priced.

I toured Heritage Assisted Living Twin Falls. I thought it was very nice. The staff was very nice and it was very clean. The staff was very nice and very informative. It's a little older building, but it was alright. It was very nice and very quiet and you could hear that they were just sitting around and chit-chatting and watching TV. The rooms were a good size. It wasn't a little closet. It was nice like a master's bedroom.

The staff at Heritage Assisted Living Twin Falls was friendly and were very willing to answer all of our questions. It was an older facility, but it was in the process of doing renovations.

I liked the feeling of community at Heritage Assisted Living Twin Falls. I got to see a lot of staff members, and I was impressed by their kindness and ability to help me with questions and concerns. They were extremely helpful and gave me a lot of information. It was such a great tour experience. The outside was somewhat unimpressive, but the inside was very clean and well-decorated. It was kind of a calming decor and yet functional. They provided pretty much everything in-house. What was most impressive to me is they have very little turnover of staff. Every resident that I saw was smiling and knew the staff well.

I went to Heritage Assisted Living Twin Falls yesterday. It went well. The person giving us the tour was very helpful, had lots of information, and was able to answer all of our questions. We went back to the memory care center to look at the facility. We were pleased that the rooms were private rooms for each of the people. They weren't bad size rooms. They had their own bathroom, and they could have their TV and all that stuff. We were glad that we would be able to bring in our own furniture, so that it would be familiar. They have activities every morning. They play games. They do have a secure courtyard outside that they can walk around in. They do have planned events that they can attend, like music or someone that comes into the facility. They have picnics and barbecues. However, it's kind of dated.

I liked Heritage Assisted Living Twin Falls. The person that worked with me was very nice. She gave me a lot of information and gave me a tour. The problem was that they didn't have any Medicaid beds available. The rooms were fine. My only concern was that we would have to bring in our own bed, chair, and bedroom furniture. My friend would have a roommate, which is fine. The Medicaid rooms are shared rooms. I liked that they had a little outdoor area that they were redoing, like a little garden area. They had a very nice common area that had a fireplace for when the family came in and visited. The dining room was nice and had lots of space for people to sit and have dinner without being overcrowded. It was very homey and very inviting because of the fireplace. The staff said they do movie nights and stuff out there, which was great.

I chose Heritage Assisted Living Twin Falls for mom. She hasn't moved in yet, but they are in the process of remodeling, so when you first go in, it doesn't look like much. The staff that I talked to was very friendly, very understanding, and just very helpful with any questions. When I explained the facility to my mom, she liked the idea of how they have like an open door policy where the residents can leave their doors open and go visit and see each other. She liked the idea of it being on a single level. They have some garden areas, but because of the reroofing, they haven't been able to keep it up very well during the summertime. That will also get refurbished probably next spring as I've been told. The courtyard is in the middle of the facility and so they haven't been able to get into it. She's gonna be in a temporary room while they refurbish her room and I don't know what is gonna be in her room yet.

Heritage Assisted Living Twin Falls was very clean, very nice, and didn't smell like some of them do. The staff was awesome. I met three staff members, and I like them all. The dining room looked comfortable and homey. The only thing I do not like is I have to have my dog in a special place, and it's a small area. There's no grass for them to play on. They have rules, which I understand, but I don't want my dog out there, so I'm not gonna go there. They showed me a small room and a larger room. I prefer the larger room and the window so that you can look out and see something. I'm able to care for myself a little bit mostly. I can do my own medicine, which made me feel better, and I can take my own bath when I want to and that made me feel good. It's good to know that I can do it anytime I want. If I want a bath twice a day, I can have it, and I enjoy that. They have several activities like bingo, puzzle days, bowling days, and crafts.

Heritage Assisted Living Twin Falls was a much older facility. I taught at a school in Twin Falls for thirty-three years, and it was already there when I started teaching school. So it's a much older facility; it's probably forty or fifty years old. It was dated but it was pretty nice. The person who gave us the tour introduced us to one or two people. They also had an open-area dining room, like a food court. In my opinion, I didn't think that my wife would fit in with the people who were there. Their lifestyles and everything were just different, but I think you don't necessarily get the correct opinion about a place when you just walk through it for forty-five minutes.

Everybody I talked to at Heritage Assisted Living Twin Falls was very friendly, very open about answering any questions, and very upfront about the costs and amenities. The place was clean. They were under some renovations when I was there, but even that was handled with as little clutter and disorganization as possible. My experience with them was good. They have a theater room, and they have taken them out for drives, but I think they are still doing that. They would get them out of the facility, jump in their bus, and drive them around. The person who gave me the tour was very helpful. The place was nice, clean, homey, and inviting.

My uncle moved into the Heritage Assisted Living Twin Falls almost two weeks ago, and it's working out really well. The people were super nice, and I think the care is great. The staff is really good. They were doing a barbecue, they invited me to stay and eat, which I did and I met a lot of the staff. The head person went in, took pictures of his room and a video of it, and brought it out so that we could see what it would look like because we couldn't go in, and it was very nice. It was quite large, actually. The week that we went up there, they call it Heritage Week, and they have a huge area that's all grass and big trees, and all the residents that could come out there physically came out, and they barbecued, and set them all outside; it was just beautiful.

I called for an appointment at Heritage Assisted Living Twin Falls. It was a weekend, and I was not able to connect with the management. I saw some aides helping the residents, they seemed to be having good conversations with the people, and someone I personally knew showed me around. The facility was OK, and it was perhaps more for people with a lower income, or Medicaid. The people were treated nicely, there were a couple of residents sitting in the foyer, it was pleasant, but it wouldn't be my first pick, just because it seemed older.

Heritage Assisted Living Twin Falls has done very well, and I've been very impressed with the level of care and how good the staff is. My husband is settling in the secure area for memory care. They do breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, and the meals are good. I like the way they monitor and take care of the patients. Twice a day they have activities where they do puzzles, coloring, and when I go visit, we play cards and dice games. The head girl, Maria, is fantastic and on top of everything. They treat the people with respect.

Heritage was very nice, homey, and pleasant, but my friend decided to stay where she was. They didn’t have kitchen facilities.

Heritage Assisted Living Twin Falls smelled medical, and I did not like the hospital smell. I did not care for it. It had an odor to it. The people were all disabled, and it was not what I was looking for.

My visit to Heritage was very good. The staff was very friendly and nice to my mother, and answered the questions we asked. My mother likes that facility. The rooms were small but adequate. We saw that they had a hair salon and activities every day, like current event discussion and games. The dining area was very nice, and the whole facility was very clean.

I would totally recommend Heritage. My mother is very happy there. They care about the people and everybody from the administration down is extremely friendly and helpful. In fact one of the owners have been living at Woodstone. It's a very nice place.

Heritage is a nice facility that has been around for many years, by one name or another. My mother has been there since April of 2011 and really could not be more contented. The food is usually quite good. There are many activities offered each day and there are ample trips to surrounding shopping areas and points of interest. One of my mother's favorite things to do is to participate in the mystery tour. They get in the van and the activities director takes them to a secret destination of her own choosing. It might be to a scenic spot for a picnic, or out to ice cream, or to a bookstore. It's always a surprise and always enjoyable. The staff at the facility is top-notch. I have yet to meet an employee who doesn't seem to appreciate the residents and enjoy their company; which is not always easy in such a situation. If this were a more modern and swankier facility, it would deserve 5 stars. It is an older facility, but in no way is it rundown. It is clean and certainly suitable for most any senior in need of care.
