The staff was absolutely wonderful and caring during my mother's end of life care. It is an older facility and could use a few updates in the rooms and beds, but overall I couldn't have asked for a better place for my mama.

I spent 16 hours a week over a 6 week period at this facility. I found the staff to be a bit lacking in nurturing the residents. It is as if they are there to do a specific job and nothing else. The nurses aides could use a bit more training, as the State of Idaho does not have stringent requirements to become one, thus the level of care is only what is required. There were quite a few outstanding nurses aides that made up for the rudeness and noncompassion of the ones who are there just for a paycheck. The facility over all is clean and neat and the residents are receiving the privacy and care they are paying for.
