My dad has moved into Highland Estates - Burley, ID. It's right in town. It seems to be pretty clean. The rooms seem fine. The staff seems to be nice. I think they don't have enough staff for the memory care area, and they should be checking on my dad more often. They have activities. They have bingo, they have movie night, they have craft night, they play cards, and they have church on Sunday. Their food is homemade, so it looks pretty good. It needs to be cut up a little bit more for my dad because he can't chew very well. So that's something we've talked to them about. They made chicken noodle soup, and the chicken was too big for him to eat. It looks good, but it just needs to be cut up a little bit more. The staff are pretty nice, though.
