Welcome to Cobblestone Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. We are a 59-bed skilled nursing facility designed for both short stay recovery as well as ongoing supportive services for individuals requiring long-term care. Our focus is on improving the quality of life for those we serve through our orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, pulmonary, wound care services, as well as interventions for other medically complex diagnoses, admitting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our staff is experienced and are quick to assist and share a smile. We strive to make your surroundings and your overall experience at our facility one that will not only be successful, but will also result in your returning home with more friends than you had before your time at Cobblestone!

My mother stayed at Cobblestone Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. I never got to visit because of Coronavirus. The staff communicated with me only when I called and asked to try and find out what I was going to do, whether Mom was staying for $8,000 a month or I was going to take her home. The staff member I talked to on the phone wanted me to tell them what was going on and what was happening, but no, you need to tell me what to do. I didn't get to see the facility, I didn't get to take a tour of it, so I didn't know what the inside looked like. The outside was really nice, but I didn't get past the lobby. They need to come down on prices for older adults that need to stay there. Like for my mom or dad, they don't make $8,000 a month to pay the lease; they're lucky if they get $3,000.
