I visited the independent living at Poinciana Gardens. They also had assisted living there. I liked the location. The staff was very cordial and very helpful. The apartments were adequate. The amenities were limited, but I'm not looking for a lot of amenities. They had a dining room and they serve three meals a day. You can eat in the dining room if you want or bring it back to your room. It's very convenient. There's transportation close by. There's a bus stop right down the street, and they provide transportation to the doctor. They're very helpful. I'm considering it. It's in a residential neighborhood, and it appeared to be a quiet area.
