"My mom is in the memory care unit of Provision Living at West Clermont. We chose it for its location and facilities. The facilities are topnotch and they offer activities like crafts and ice cream socials. The staff are all extremely nice and attentive. The food is also very good."

"Staff is very friendly & helpful. Rosary & Mass is offered every day, which was a big plus for my mom. Having a hairdresser there was also very important to my mom. The dining room was bright & looked like many restaurants I've been to. Food is good & there are options to pick from."

"I have visited friends at the independent living community of Twin Towers in Cincinnati. My husband was also there for respite care. He was in their facility for five days at a time, maybe every five or six weeks, so I saw some of the programming, and it was fun. It offers a lot more, but it also costs more, and it's big. They have a lot of programming, the apartments and facilities are larger, and they offer more classes. They have a swimming pool and a lot of stuff going on all the time, which is very nice if you need that. They have concerts and multiple lectures. They bring in speakers. They have very strong individuals there. They have people who have lived a full life and who probably had some kind of career and indulged in higher education, with hobbies that reflect that higher education. Cincinnati offers some venues where those brains can be stimulated or entertained. I think they provide more transportation there, too. Some of the people that I know there go out and go down to the theater. We have a good theater and good music here, and the University of Cincinnati music is wonderful. I don't know that the facility actually organizes those activities, but I do know people who are there who go to concerts at the School of the Arts here in Cincinnati, or to the Aronoff Theater. They probably do these activities better than others as they probably have more money and, consequently, can get people down to those facilities more frequently. They charge more, and when you pay more, they're able to provide a little more. They've had some problems when they have made new construction. When new construction meets old buildings, inevitably you're going to have some leakage and some various problems, and some of those problems mean that you have mold and mildew. That just comes with it, as you try to seal those joints, joining together. I think the last time I was there, they were having difficulty with the leaking, as we've had a lot of rain on and off. It takes time to fix, and it means that there has to be a lot of attention paid to the facility. I think the staff does pretty well with it, though. The people who led the groups for activities were quite good. They do painting, they have lectures, and they have a lot of music. They have swimming, and they have other athletics, too. My husband had physical therapy, and he had swimming and various other things there. I went in and sat with him and read. They have good nursing care, and some of the pressure was off of me because I didn't have to do any of the physical care for him each time in those five days when he was there. There's a progression of care, too, so people move from independent living, and as they need more care, they provide more."

"My mother is so happy she has made her home here. The facility is beautiful, the people are helpful and caring. Her apartment is so beautiful, looking over gardens and a patio. The places is spacious and elegant. Can't say enough about this facility. A great place to make your home. "

"The nurses and staff go out of their way to see the residents feel that this is their home. They treat each resident with love and care. They are given the choice to go on fun outing and participate in creative activities. "

"After my mom’s stroke, she needed an assisted living home. After a stay at Marjorie P Lee, which was great, we moved her to the Deupree Cottage. The professionals and staff were great and made a bad situation as best as possible. Mom loved her room, we were able to paint it a color she loved and we moved in a good number of furniture pieces from her home in NW Ohio. While it wasn’t home, it was the next best thing. The living room and dining areas are exceptional as the facility is designed as a home, not a nursing home. The outdoor garden area is also attractive and enjoyable for any resident. I would strongly suggest that anyone thinking about such a facility, consider an ERS facility. The leadership and management team, as well as facility staff, are tremendously committed to the residents. "
