"I was very impressed with Provision Living at West Clermont. It's a beautiful new community. The tour was very nice and very informative. The staff was very easy to talk with. She told me a lot about the community itself, living in the independent housing, and then moving into assisted living (if needed), and the memory care; although, I did not visit those two units. I like the convenience and just the setting was very lovely and very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and it's also pet friendly (and that's important to us). The rooms were absolutely beautiful, nicely decorated, very comfortable, very open, and airy. Cleanliness was very nice."

"My mother-in-law moved into Western Hills Retirement Village. They were really friendly and very helpful. The staff is just very good. The place is really clean. They have all kinds of activities they're doing daily. They have like bingo and regular activities. They have an activity room, and you see the people come down to them. They come down for lunch and dinner. There are a variety of activities to choose from. They've just done an all-around great job. They have a pool available for the seniors during the summer. They have in their rooms a regular small kitchen that's got a stove, a couple of burners up on top, a regular refrigerator, a counter space, a sink, and a walk-in shower-type thing. It's a lower seat wall shower, so they don't have to step over so far or raise their legs up so high. I was very happy with it. For the cost versus what you're getting, I think this is the best value."

"I toured the Twin Towers, and I loved everything about it. Unfortunately, I don't have enough money to qualify, but it is my top place. The staff was very helpful, and they don't impose on you if you don't want them to, but they're more than willing to give you a hand at anything you need. The food was good. The facility was clean. It doesn't smell like a lot of places do. The P.T. area seems more than adequate. I love that you can do it there without going somewhere else. They have everything you might need."

"My mother is so happy she has made her home here. The facility is beautiful, the people are helpful and caring. Her apartment is so beautiful, looking over gardens and a patio. The places is spacious and elegant. Can't say enough about this facility. A great place to make your home. "

"The nurses and staff go out of their way to see the residents feel that this is their home. They treat each resident with love and care. They are given the choice to go on fun outing and participate in creative activities. "

"After my mom’s stroke, she needed an assisted living home. After a stay at Marjorie P Lee, which was great, we moved her to the Deupree Cottage. The professionals and staff were great and made a bad situation as best as possible. Mom loved her room, we were able to paint it a color she loved and we moved in a good number of furniture pieces from her home in NW Ohio. While it wasn’t home, it was the next best thing. The living room and dining areas are exceptional as the facility is designed as a home, not a nursing home. The outdoor garden area is also attractive and enjoyable for any resident. I would strongly suggest that anyone thinking about such a facility, consider an ERS facility. The leadership and management team, as well as facility staff, are tremendously committed to the residents. "
