My tour of Willow Springs Alzheimer's Special Care was fine. The lady that toured us around was very pleasant and seemed very caring. The room that we saw was just a single room with its own private bath, so it was great in that sense. It was not furnished and it was just carpeted, just waiting for someone to move in. We didn't like it, although they had a lot of activities and a lot of things going on to engage the residents. It didn't feel like a community. The staff member who assisted us was great. They were excellent. The outside appearance was lovely and welcoming. The front office was nice, but once you got through the next set of doors, it felt like an institution, and I didn't like it. I have to get used to that, and I have to realize that's what these places are like.

I toured Willow Springs Alzheimer's Special Care Ctr. It was great, very nice, and I was pleased. I like everything, it's just the price was high. They offer everything. The garden and the rooms were nice, and the outside was very nice, too. The lady who took us around was very polite. Everything was good, and I didn't see anything wrong with the place.

It's is an Alzheimer’s place with a good staff. The food was adequate; you can’t give the residents too much because they don’t eat a whole lot, but it was good, nutritious food. They gave out the medications. No matter what they’re doing, the staff was really on top of things and nice. They get involved with the music, and the people were singing the songs. It’s a good place, I think.

Everyone here is so personable. I can rest assured that my gram is always in good loving hands. The food is good and it feels like home. The staff is amazing: Zy, Lori, Eddie, Lazarro, Preeta, Jessica and Christina. We are so blessed to have you.

They do not only take Alzheimer's patients. They also take all kinds of dementia and older people who need assisted living. My impression of it was very high. It was my first choice for my parents, but they did not have rooms available. The staff was better than any other place. My only complaint was they only had double rooms available.
