My friend is at Eleanor's. The staff couldn't possibly be more caring, loving, attentive, and nurturing in all ways -- from cleanliness to food to time and sweetness. It's a huge blessing for friends and family to have this level of service and care.

When I went to Eleanor's Residential Home, they said they weren't aware that I was coming, but it was nice and very clean. It didn't feel like a facility. It felt like a home. The staff was very nice and very informative, showed us around, gave us a tour, and explained the schedule and routines and all that. The dining area was nice, clean, and big. It was more like a family setting than a regular facility. The residents were having lunch when I visited.

My mother has lived at Eleanor’s Residential Home for several years. Our family couldn’t be happier with the very engaged and engaging owners, who live at the home, and the loving, professional caregiving staff. There are 4 to 5 caregivers for the 5 to 6 residents at the home. The home is exceptionally clean and bright and the rooms are very comfortable. There is entertainment brought in frequently, doctors are called promptly if needed and a very professional dentist visits the home. The owners communicate well and are happy to talk about the condition your loved one. The staff support my mom both physically and emotionally as she is treated with respect, love and dignity. When we come to visit we are warmly welcomed and usually have tea, coffee, or wonderful lemonade and cake to make the visit very festive. The food is excellent and at holidays the house is beautifully decorated and birthdays are a special occasion for the residents. During the Coronavirus the entire staff has been dedicated to keeping everyone safe and healthy, following all guidelines. My family loves Eleanor’s and I highly recommend the professional owners and staff.

I have the perfect place. Eleanor’s Residential Home is a private 6-bedroom senior residential home. It’s immaculate with excellent service. The proprietor lives there. They have 5 helpers to 6 patients, so a ratio of basically 1:1 care. The staff is excellent. They have an occupational therapist that comes 5 to 7 days a week. They have physical therapy twice a week and entertainment twice a month. The food is excellent; my son has eaten there. The best thing about the place is the staff and the proprietor.
