We had Mom at Ace's Westcastle. They had two staff members that handled nursing, so she got the same person every day and every evening. We got a lot more consistency and had a lot less problems. The staff was the best, very attentive, very caring, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. They took her to doctors' appointments, and picked up her medicine at no extra charge.
