I had talked to the staff at Lonoke Health & Rehab before, and they told me I could have a tour just any time. So I showed up a few days later after I had talked to them and walked in and said "I'd like to have a tour." and they said, "Sure!" So, they took me to the rooms and different places, and they explained it to me. They had a lockdown room where they put those residents who tried to escape. Most of the other rooms were just nursing home rooms where they shared a room with somebody or a private room. The staff were good. They sat down with me. They took time with me and explained. They had an activity area, a place where you could watch TV, a place where they play games, and an outside courtyard where they had seats.

I was so impressed with this facility it was very nice and cozy. When myself and spouse walked through the doors to see his grandfather the staff members were nice and friendly and took the time to show us his room. His room was really nice and big, which included a bathroom and his furniture. He appeared to be really happy. I was so happy with how many times staff members came by to ask if he needed anything or if we needed anything. We took an tour of the building and many of the residents appeared to be very happy. There was a living room area at the entrance, which I thought was really nice for those who wanted to visit with friends or family or just would like to look at the outside view. Next, there was another living room area that the activities took place at. Also, I saw many people watching television or visiting with their friends. There is a connection of a patio to this area as well, which I thought was really nice because they could go outside if they wanted too, or just sit near the entrance for this area and look at nature. The dinning room was near this area as well; the area was really nice and clean. We did decide to eat dinner because the staff members asked of if we would like something. Then we were told that they had a private family area. I was so impressed with this area because the furniture was really and the room was decorated very formally. The doors in this area closed, so if you wanted to have a lot of family members together this would be great for a small celebration. After all, the facility was really nice it wasn't to big or small. The place was just really nice and cozy.

This is an excellent facility; I went to visit this facility with a friend to visit her grandmother. I was so impressed with the excellent customer service that all the staff members provided. At the time of the visit her grandmother was getting ready for dinner, and we walked her down to the dinning the area was so nice and clean. And her grandmother described the food as always being delicious for every meal. Next, we stayed there for a while to visit with her. Therefore, I received a chance to see her grandmother along with her grandmother friends do activities; I really enjoyed seeing everyone happy and the best part about it the staff member gave them all prizes. Last but not least, her room was really nice and clean along with the rest of the assisted living facility. I would definitely recommend this facility.
