"Our experience with Brookfield is exceptional. The rooms are perfect. The staff is very caring. They treat you like family. The dining room is excellent, very user friendly, and the food is very good. They have their own chef. They provide just about anything you need. They play bingo, they go on day trips, and they've gone to concerts. On Christmas Day, they take them around and show them the Christmas decorations. They take them out to eat, they have exercise classes, people come there and do church services, and they provide a place for you to put a jigsaw puzzle together down in the foyer part of the building. They do all kinds of crafts. I'm in Mississippi, and my mother is in Arkansas, so I only see her when I go to visit, but that is a plus because they don't always know when I'm coming, and I've never been surprised with something that I wasn't expecting. "

"Mercy Crest was wonderful, and they took us on a tour. They answered all our questions. They even showed us what a 2-bedroom would look like. They showed us where the room would be and spent a great deal of time with us. We had a lot of questions, and they sat with us and answered each of them. My father really likes it because of the religious aspect of it, right there in the building. My parents luckily already new some people there, so they felt comfortable. Several times we called back, and they were always very friendly, very nice. The staff was friendly while we were there. They say Hi. How are you?" It was a very nice experience. The dining facility is very restaurant style. They come in and sit in our seat, and someone comes in and takes the order, so they are not having to get up and down. The apartments were clean. They have a 2-bedroom and then all the rest of them are 1-bedroom. They have the ability to go on different kind of trips, to the grocery stores, they will take them to appointments. They really seem like they are going to be taking good care of them. "

"My great-grandmother was a resident of Pink Bud. I was impressed with the kindness and patients of the staff. The nurses were always helpful and eager to go beyond just the expected, they were always aware of their residents and their needs. The meals that were served were enjoyable, and the kitchen staff was always careful to meet any special dietary needs of the residents and the family members that would come to visit. The only real down side was the amenities, there wasn't much extra other than a meeting hall, and the exercise room. Overall I would recommend Pink Bud Assisted Living very highly. "

"My Mom lived at Peachtree and would still be living there if it weren’t for her dementia progressing to the point where she needed memory care. The building is older and the facility could use an update, but the staff is competent and caring which is the most important thing to us. It was always clean and never smelled. There are lots of activities for the residents and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I wish my mom could have lived at Peachtree longer."

"I went to Hope's Creek Retirement Center. I was very pleased with it and pleased with the staff. It was very clean, neat, and modern. They have activities. It was homey, and there was no smell at all. It was nice."
